This episode is about pushing our limits. Lilou does, and she tells us the benefits of doing so.

Here is a mini-outtake:

"Isn't life about expanding and growing? Therefore we must face risk and test our limits.

And maybe the most important question is: what are the consequences if we don't do it?

What if we know, deep inside of us, that we don't live the life we want to live because we are in the "protection mentality"?

You know me, my love, there have been many times when I pushed the limits a bit too far, but I'm still here. You made me grow into this kind of lifestyle. Again, something I can be thankful for. I couldn't return to the old life because daring to do things has led me to a new place, and I learned more about myself.

The incredible thing about pushing past the limits is always rewarding."

Duration: 12 minutes

Enjoy!

Yours, Anna

Ladies and gentlemen, let's open up the curtains for my friend Lilou.

Hi, I'm Anna, and I'm here to tell you a story.

It's a story about a wild and intensive life. A story about love and loss, pain and pleasure, despair and hope, life and death.

Ladies and Gentlemen, let me introduce you to the incredible life of LILOU.

I'm Anna Jelen, and I'm the author of this unfinished book; yes, unfinished, but I thought it would be a fabulous idea to start to share a bit of the Lilou-philosophy as I call it. Because the way Lilou thought and lived has blown my mind away. She made me question my own thoughts and beliefs. And she made me break concepts.

And she has been and still is a great inspiration. It's time to share some of her experiences. So, every now and then, I will give you a glimpse into Lilou's life through my podcast channel.

What is it about?

Well, Lilou's story is about taking risks. Seeking freedom. Breaking concepts. Exploring sexuality. It's about monotony. Monogamy and Polygamy. It's about friendships. Involuntary changes in life. Hitting rock bottom. Getting back up again. It's about creativity. Mortality. Magic. Intensity. Whisky. And Love Letters.

Just to mention a few topics.

It is for sure that Lilou had an unconventional lifestyle. Often very wild, passionate and sometimes highly dangerous. I catch myself thinking: "Oh, come on, that's not possible." But the more I think about it, the more I realise it is just another way to live life, and she did, without any regrets. Sometimes I almost feel a bit envious because she has characteristics I would like to have a bit more of it. For example, she is sassy and rebellious. I like that.

But then, some of her life experiences scare me to death, and I wouldn't have the courage to do the things she did. Others of her adventures started occupying my mind until I also wanted it for myself and did everything needed to get there.

Lilous curiosity about life never left her. There was always this kid inside her, and you could feel it.

I would like you to feel it as well.

So let's see if I can bring a bit of Lilou's philosophy to you.

Enjoy a journey through life, including loss, grief, magic, love and adventures.

Welcome, my dear listener.
